摘要
针对制造过程仿真中大变形问题的特点,依据“物理行为计算模型+虚拟现象生成系统”的VR仿真新思路,提出一种基于变换函数的大变形实现与控制算法。该算法与真实物理规律相结合,实现制造过程大变形(大位移和大转动)的实时仿真。并通过船用曲轴制造过程中毛坯锻造过程的物理仿真,验证了算法的可行性和高效性。
To solve the problem of large deformation simulation in manufacturing process, a new algorithm was advanced. The algorithm embodies the theory of ‘physical computing model + virtual scene generation system’ which visualizes the larger deformation simulation in real time through transform function. It can describe the real physical rules of manufacturing process which makes the simulation more realistic. At last, its feasibility and efficiency are well verified through its application in process simulation of ship crankshaft blank forging.
