摘要
工作流技术和集控Petri网方法是企业过程建模和仿真的支撑技术,将二者巧妙地结合起来,能为实现过程集成提供有效的帮助。当前的大多数工作流管理系统忽视了工作流之间的资源约束关系,基于多Agent的工作流管理系统能够有效地解决这个问题。首先讨论了基于多Agent的工作流管理系统,给出了基于多Agent工作流的企业过程的建模、仿真、使能系统的模型。然后介绍了将基于多Agent的工作流模型转化为集控Petri网来实现企业过程仿真的方法以及仿真过程中时间和成本等性能参数的计算和分析方法。
Workflow technology and Control and Integration Net method are support technologies for modeling and simulating of enterprise process, and their combination can provide effective help for process integration. Today, many WfMS(workflow management systems) ignore the restrictive relations of resource among workflows. This problem can be resolved efficiently by the WfMS based on multi-Agent. Firstly, the system was discussed, and the model of modeling, simulating, and enabling system of enterprise process was proposed based on multi-agent and workflow technology. Then it was introduced how the workflow model based on multi-agent is changed into Control and Integration Net to implement enterprise process simulating and how the performance parameters in the simulation process, such as the execution time and cost are computed and analyzed.
