摘要
提出了基于软件协作技术的多级液压缸起竖系统的建模与仿真方法。运用ADAMS软件建立了考虑碰撞的起竖系统多刚体动力学可视化虚拟样机模型,探讨了基于Simulink的多级液压缸仿真模型的建立方法,给出了起竖液压系统的AMESim仿真模型,分析了机械、液压系统的参数关联关系,讨论了基于接口的多领域软件协作仿真方法,实现了多级液压缸起竖的全过程仿真,为多级液压缸系统的仿真研究提供一个新的可靠的技术途径。
The modeling and simulation methods of the erecting system with multi-stage cylinder based on software collaboration were proposed. A visual virtual multi-rigid-body dynamic prototype model about erecting system including impact was built on ADAMS platform. The modeling method of multi-stage cylinder using Simulink was addressed, and the AMESim model of erecting hydraulic system was given. The parameters relation between mechanism and hydraulic system was analyzed, and the simulation method of multi-domain software collaboration was discussed, and the whole process simulation of erecting system with multi-stage cylinder was realized. The proposed method provides a new approach to simulate the multi-stage cylinder system.
