网络化制造下面向ASP的异地协同设计系统及其应用 被引量:8

摘要 应用服务提供商(ApplicationServerProvider,ASP)是网络化制造环境下一种新型的信息化服务模式,基于ASP的资源共享是我国中小型企业信息化建设和发展的有效途径。结合所承担的多项国家863和北京市科技计划相关课题的研究,提出了面向ASP的异地协同设计系统总体结构,探讨了主要关键技术及其解决方案,包括多人异地协同设计的同步机制、高效低负载的图像压缩与传输技术、基于关联关系的资源共享冲突消解技术,简介了系统的技术实现。目前,系统已在北京中关村电子城科技园区网络化制造工程中进行了多家企业的典型示范应用,在减少协作费、降低开发成本、缩短开发周期等方面效果显著。 Application Server Provider (ASP) is a new service style of informationization under networked manufacturing environment. And ASP-based resource sharing is an effective approach to information construction and it’s evolution for small and medium enterprise in China. Combined with our efforts in some research projects funded by Hi-Tech R&D Program of China and Beijing Municipal Sci-Tech Program, the architecture of an ASP-oriented system for distributed collaborative design was proposed, and some key techniques of system implementation and their solutions, such as synchronization mechanism of distributed collaboration, autoadaptive image compression and transmission, correlation-based conflict resolution method for resource sharing, were proposed. Now the proposed system has been applied to several enterprises in networked manufacturing engineering in Beijing Electronic Zone of Zhongguancun Science Park, and substantial social and economic benefits have been achieved by reducing collaboration expenditure, development cost and shortening time to market.
