摘要
随着热轧带钢品种的增加,热轧卷取机系统的张力设定过程已不能完全满足卷取的需要,经常出现不建张和张力过大的现象,影响卷取的钢卷质量。通过对卷取机系统的工艺和控制过程的分析,建立了卷取机张力控制系统的仿真系统,对卷取机的工作过程、模型参数及控制策略等问题进行了离线仿真研究,给出了新的张力设定方法及张力调整过程。实际应用效果较好,可供相似系统借鉴和参考。
As the increase of the types of steel, the processing of tension setting can’t meet the requirements of hot strip mill coiler winding completely. This will affect the quality of the steel roll for the lack of tension or exceed required tension. Through the analysis of the techniques and control processing of the coiler, the simulation system of the tension control system for the coiler was built and the simulation on the work processing, model parameter and control method was researched. The new method of the tension setting and the adjust processing of tension were given. The system’s effect in practice appliance is well to use for reference and consulted in the similar systems.
