摘要
给出了用于功率变换器近场辐射的两个模型以及计算机仿真结果。一个模型源自BUCK变换器,只有一个高频电流回路,称作单环模型。另一个源自BOOST变换器,有两个高频电流回路,称作双环模型。推导了每个模型时域内的瞬态场解析表达式,并在频域内对模型典型频点的稳态场进行了仿真。该模型以及仿真方法,对功率变换器高密度互联组装具有重要的参考价值。
Two models were given to modeling and simulating the near electromagnetic field of power converters. One is abstracted from BUCK converter named single-loop model, which has only one high frequency current loop. The other is from BOOST converter named dual-loop model, which has two high frequency current loops. Analytic representations of the electromagnetic near field for each model were proposed. Finally, stabilized simulation results of the near field were got. The models and the simulation methods are of great values to the high-density power module’s assembly.
