摘要
介绍了几种常用的故障诊断方法:广义似然比法(GLT)、均值检验法,以及局部估计方法。以六陀螺冗余惯性组件为平台,验证了这几种方法在检测小故障时实际应用的不同效果,分析了影响各自检测能力及故障时延的原因及在工程应用中的优缺点,并对小故障检测能力、故障检测时延和实时计算量这几项指标进行了比较研究。
Several fault detection and isolation (FDI) methods were proposed: generalized likelihood test (GLT), mean value test method and local approach. Based on the six-gyroscope redundant inertial measurement unit, different performances of these methods were evaluated, and the possible factors that affect their detection power were analyzed. Some comparisons on the ability to detect small fault, the fault detection delay and the computation load were also done.
