Nd∶YAG激光照射修补崩瓷烤瓷修复体的临床应用研究

摘要 目的研究激光粗化崩瓷烤瓷修复体表面,复合树脂修补的可行性。方法35颗崩瓷金属烤瓷牙经Nd∶YAG激光(能量设置为60mJ、15Hz)照射粗化表面后,采用登士柏公司Primer&bond黏接剂,TPH复合树脂修补。结果随访6个月至6年,保持随诊的28颗患牙中22颗患牙修复体保存完好,有效率为78%。结论应用合适能量参数的Nd∶YAG激光,照射崩瓷修复体表面后,可有效复合树脂修补崩瓷修复体。 Objective To study the possibility of the cracked metal-ceramic crowns restoration using composite resin after Nd∶YAG laser irradiation.Methods Thirty five crowns of the cracked porcelain were irradiated by Nd∶YAG laser(60 mJ,15 Hz),and restored using Primer & bond~ TM bonding agent (Densply) and TPH composite resin (Densply).Results The conservation rate of composite resin was 78% followed up from 6 months to 6 years.Conclusions It is an effective method to restore the cracked metal-ceramic crowns with composite resin after Nd∶YAG laser irradiation with suitable parameter.
