钬激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿临床研究 被引量:9

Patients with Pyogenic Granuloma Treated with Ho Laser:a Clinical Analysis of Its Efficiency

摘要 目的观察钬激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿的疗效和不良反应.方法141例患者随机分成钬激光治疗组(n=71)和液氮冷冻对照组(n=70).激光组以波长2 100nm,峰值能量0.8~1.0mJ,脉冲频率8~12 Hz,功率6~12 W的钬激光照射病变处.液氮组以棉签蘸液氮反复冷冻病变组织3~10次.观察疗效和不良反应.结果钬激光治疗组痊愈68例,液氮冷冻组痊愈46例,两组疗效差异有显著意义(x2=20.57,P<0.001);皮肤色素改变发生率钬激光治疗组为2.8%,液氮冷冻组为15.7%,两组比较差异有显著意义(x2=7.01,P=0.008).结论钬激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿临床效果优于液氮冷冻,且副作用明显少于液氮冷冻方法. Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency and side-effect in the patients with pyogenic granuloma treated with Ho laser.Methods Totally 141 cases were randomly assigned to group one treated by Ho laser(n=71) and a control group cooled by liquid nitrogen (n=70) . The clinical efficiency and side-effect were observed.Results Totally 68 cases in the Ho laser trial were satisfactorily cured in the first time,and 46 cases in the trial cooled by liquid nitrogen were satisfactorily cured.It was 3 percent of side-effect observed in the Ho laser trial,and 16 percent of side-effect observed in the liquid nitrogen trial. There were statistically significant differences of effectiveness rate between these two treatment methods (χ~2=20.57,P<0.001),and side-effect(χ~2=7.01,P=0.008).Conclusions It is better in the patients with pyogenic granuloma treated with Ho laser than cooled by liquid nitrogen in the clinical efficiency and lower side-effect.
