Nd∶YAG激光在龈下残根保存治疗中的应用研究

Nd∶YAG Laser Irradiation Applied to Conservation of Subgingival Residual Root

目的研究激光在龈下残根保存治疗中的作用。方法患者37例,患牙49颗,经常规根管治疗后,Nd∶YAG激光照射龈下残根龈边缘,暴露残根,桩冠修复。结果49颗残根经过激光龈切术后全部保存,37例患者对保存治疗满意,5例患者对7颗残根的龈边缘与邻牙不一致提出意见,2例患者对4颗残根修复体的颜色提出意见。结论Nd∶YAG激光进行牙龈切除可有效保存龈下残根。

Objective To study the effects of laser irradiation on the conservation of subgingival residual root. Methods After root canal therapy, the 49 subgingival residual roots of 37 patients were irradiated by Nd∶YAG laser in order to expose the border of the roots.Then,the roots were restored with post-and-core crowns.Results All of the roots were conserved after laser irradiation. All thirty seven patients satisfied with the conservation of the roots below the gingival margin.Five patients with 7 subgingival residual roots didn't content with the difference of gingival margin between the adjacent teeth.Two patients with 4 subgingival residual roots weren't pleased with the color of crowns.Conclusions Subgingival residual roots could be conserved by using Nd∶YAG laser irradiation.
