摘要 目的观察半导体激光脱毛的疗效。方法应用Lightsheer半导体激光脱毛机对98例患者202个部位进行治疗,波长为800nm,光斑面积9mm×9mm,能量密度10~40J/cm2,治疗部位刮除毛发,逐渐增加治疗能量至毛囊焦化破坏,治疗间隔6~8周。结果98例患者经3~6次连续治疗后均达到理想的脱毛效果,治疗后毛发明显减少,再生延迟,再生毛发细小,浅淡。各部位治疗次数及能量均不同。结论半导体激光脱毛安全而有效,疗效满意,不良反应小,值得推广。 Objective To observe the results of hair removal by 800nm diode laser. Methods Totally 202 different areas of the body among 98 cases were treated.All patients were treated with 800nm laser,10-40J/cm2,9mm×9mm spot size. Before treatment, hair was shaved thoroughly. The fluence was increased gradually till hair was damaged.The interval between treatments was 6-8 weeks. Results Ninety eight cases all obtained satisfactory effacts after treatments. New hair growth after laser treatment was less and delayed.New hair was slender and thin with less color. Different times and fluence were needed in different areas of the body.Conclusions Hair removal by Lightsheer laser could give a good result with simple operation and less damage. It is safe and reliable and worth to be recommanded.
