激光光动力学疗法治疗乳腺外Paget病5例 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结光动力学疗法治疗乳腺外Paget病的临床疗效。方法乳腺外Paget病5例,静脉注射光敏剂Photofrin2mg/kg后,24~72h内以功率为100~150mW/cm2、能量密度为150~300J/cm2,波长630nm半导体激光照射病灶。治疗后24、48h和72h,1、3和6个月观察患者病灶局部反应。结果治疗后24h,病灶局部明显变暗、发黑,96~120h局部开始结痂,渗出明显减少。治疗后3个月1例患者病灶消失,3例患者病灶明显缩小达50%以上。1例患者局部渗出仍然较多,未获控制。结论光动力学疗法是乳腺外Paget病的有效治疗方法。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy for extramammary Paget's disease.Methods To utilize DIOMED 630nm diode laser as light source and Photofrin as photosensitizer.The patient's focus was irradiated 24-72h after administrating Photofrin.The power density was 100-150mW/cm2 and energy density was 150-300 J/cm2.Dosage of Photofrin was 2mg/kg.Results Focus darkened 24h after irradiation and formed a scar 96-120h after irradiation.One patient's focus disappeared,three patients' focus diminished apparently and one patient's focus was not controlled 3 months later.Conclusions Photodynamic therapy is an effective modality for extramammary Paget's disease.
