某高校大学生抑郁症影响因素和预防途径分析

Analysis on Influential Factors and Prevention Way of Depression Among College Students in a Certain University

目的了解大学生群体的抑郁症流行现状,探讨其影响因素及预防途径,为防治该病提供科学依据。方法以该校17～25岁的大学1～5年级学生共428人为研究对象,以班为单位整群抽样,采用SDS自评抑郁量表(SDS)和自编的“心理健康影响因素”调查表进行调查。结果该高校在校大学生抑郁率达50．24%,其中男生为50．00%,女生为50．54%；医学专业学生为53．29%,非医学专业学生为47．39%。结论抑郁症受人际关系、就业形势、网络等因素影响；轻松娱乐节目和自我心理调试有利于抑郁症的预防。

Objective To explore the prevalence rate,influential factors and the way of prevention of depression among college students,so as to provide the scientific basis for preventing depression.Methods Four hundred and twenty - eight college students aged from 17 to 25 years were chosen from freshman to graduate by cluster sampling methed,and they were investigated with the influential factors of mental health questionaire and the self- rating depression scale(SDS) inventory. Results Altogether 50.24% students in the university suffered from depression,among them boys were 50.00% and girls 50.54 %,medical students were 53.29% and non - medical students 47.39 %.Conclusions Such influential factors as the interpersonal relation,employment trend and internet indulgence can result in the depression,Relaxed entertainment pro- grams and ego mental adjustments are of benefit to the prevention of depression.
