惠州市惠城中心区“十一五”园林建设规划构想

Establishing an Environment-friendly Huizhou——A Plan for Huizhou Huicheng Central District's Landscaping during the 11^(th)'s Five-Year Program

惠州市惠城中心区“十一五”园林建设规划已编制完成。按照规划,将建成一批新的城市公园和绿地,计划未来5年新增绿地1195．1万m2,其中公共绿地面积587．5万m2。至2010年,实现城市绿地率42．45％,绿化覆盖率47．85％,人均公共绿地面积15m2。

With the completion of Huizhou Huicheng Central District's Landscaping Plan during the 11th's Five-Year Program, effective implementation should be carried out to green up the city in general. A series of theme parks should be built. The annual landscaping project should be implemented according to the plan. The coming 5 years will witness new afforested land of 11,951,000 M2. Among which 5,875,000 M2 are public. The annual increase of new afforested land for the coming 5 years will reach 2,390,200 M2., among which the annual increase area for public afforested land will reach 1,175,000 M2. the afforested land rate will reach 42.45% by the year 2010, plus a afforested coverage rate of 47.85% and a per capita public green land of 15 M2.
