摘要 将三氟丙基甲基二氯硅烷和二甲基二氯硅烷的混合物以氧化锌脱氯,制成含氟混合环硅氧烷;然后该含氟混合环硅氧烷在三氟甲磺酸催化下开环聚合,经后处理得到三氟丙基甲基硅油,产物中氟的质量分数为20·52%,闪点达254℃,贮存稳定,可作为润滑油基础油应用。 Florin-containing mixed ring siloxane was prepared with the blends of trifluoropropylmethyldichlorosilane and dimethyldichlorosilane and zinc oxide as dechlorolation agent. Then florin-containing mixed ring siloxane was polymerized by ring-opening using triflic acid as catalyst. The treated trifluoropropyl dimethyl silicone oil was prepared with the florin mass fraction 20.52%,flash point 254 ℃, stored stably and applied as lubricant oil.
