摘要
《中华人民共和国中小企业法》为我国建立完善的中小企业法律体系奠定了基础,但是中小企业法规体系尚需完善,完善地方立法是其中重要途径之一。本文以中小企业法为核心,借鉴国外及其他省市在依法促进中小企业发展上的立法及经验,结合辽宁省的实际情况就如何建构辽宁省中小企业发展的法规体系提出建议。
The small and medium enterprise Act of PRC has laid the foundation of Chinese enterprise legal system,but the system requires to be perfected.One of its solution is perfecting the local legislation.Regarding small and medium enterprises as focus,considering the legislative experience of overseas and other provinces in romoting small and medium enterprises,and combining the actual conditions in Liaoning,the paper presents suggestions for setting up the legal system of developing small and medium enterprises.
