摘要
碳纳米管膜在空气中吸附乙醇气体,乙醇气体诱导碳纳米管膜电阻变化。实验用热灯丝CVD法制备的碳纳米管研究发现碳纳米管膜具有良好的酒敏特性,响应时间和恢复时间较短,并且化学修饰的碳纳米管膜酒敏特性大大提高。
Carbor nanotnbe films absorb alcohol gas in air atmosphere,and the alcohol gas absorbed changes the electric resistance of carbon nanotube films,these phenomena were investigated and realized.The experimental results have shown that the carbon nanotube films posses considerably strong alcohol sensitivity.And,the response time and the recovery time were very short.In addition,the study shows that chemical treatments enhance alcohol sensitivity characteristics greatly.And the results have been discussed and analyzed.
