摘要
根据光线传播基本原理,通过计算和推导,用解析式表达并讨论了半导体激光器快轴方向发散光束通过有偏心率误差的双曲柱面-平面透镜后的准直效果,为正确认识、纠正误差,尽可能发挥双曲柱面-平面透镜的准直作用,改善半导体激光快轴方向光束的发散,提高光束质量提供了理论依据。
According to the basic principle of light-ray propagation,through calculations and deduction,the collimating effects of semiconductor laser in fast axis direction of hyperboloid cylinder-plane with eccentricity error are analytically showed and discussed.The consequence in this paper may be used to design a collimating system with micro-hyperboloid cylinder-plane lens that will considerably decrease the diverging angle of diode laser in fast axis and will be build up high quality beam.
