摘要
采用O asis C18小柱吸附富集血清中的维生素B2,除去蛋白质等杂质的前处理手段,以Phenom enex LunaC18柱为分析柱、甲醇∶0.02m ol/L乙酸铵为3∶7为流动相,荧光检测器(激发波长425nm,发射波长525nm)测定维生素B2含量。方法的平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.2%,最低检出浓度为0.8ng/m l。本方法操作简便,能快速、准确地检测人体血清中维生素B2含量。
The article created a method for determination of VitB_2 in serum of icterus diseased infant by HPLC,Before the determination,absorb pregnant VitB_2 in serum through the Oasis C_(18) column,removing the impurity of hemocyanin and so on.Taking the phenomenex Luna C_(18) as the analytical column,the methanol:0.02mol/L aminum actetate=3∶7 as the mobile phase,the fluoresce detector(Excitation wavelength was 425 nm;Emission wavelength was 525nm).The method avergage recovery is 98.0%,RSD=1.2%,and the lowest certified concentration is 0.8ng/ml.The method is simple,rapid and accurate in determining VitB_2 in serum of human body.
