Discussion on Influence Factors of Nitrogen and Oxygen Determination

分析L ecoTC-400氧氮分析仪应用过程中影响氧氮分析结果准确性的因素,认为使用该仪器进行分析测试时,首先必须保证所用试剂及器材(氦气、高氯酸镁、碱石棉、助熔剂、石墨坩锅)的有效性,其次要根据具体情况,选择适宜的标样进行校正,确定最佳分析功率、分析时间、助熔剂及称样量,以保证分析结果的准确性。

The influence factors in measuring nitrogen and oxygen by using TC400 nitrogen/oxygen determinator were discussed in this paper.In order to obtain high accuracy,all agents and materials including helium,magnesium perchlorate,soda asbestos,flux and graphite crucibles must be checked before using,and should be kept in activity conditions during determination.The suitable standard samples must be used for a good calibration curve.Besides,the analyzing power,analysis time,flux and sample's mass are important for the experiment.
