“清热利湿、化瘀祛浊”法治疗痛风高尿酸伴高脂血症疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF GOUTY HYPERURICEMIA COMBINED WITH HVPERLIPIDEMIA BY QINGRELI HUTUQUZHUO METHOD

目的探讨酸酯清胶囊对痛风高尿酸伴高脂血症之血尿酸(UA)、血脂中血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量的影响。方法将60例原发性痛风高尿酸伴高脂血症患者随机分为2组,中药组服用具有“清热利湿、化瘀祛浊”功效的酸脂清胶囊,对照组服用中成药痛风舒胶囊。两组用药一月后检测血尿酸、血脂值。结果中药组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酸酯清胶囊不仅对痛风高尿酸血症具有明显的治疗效果,而且对血脂亦有良好的调节作用。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Qingrelishi Huayuquzhuo method on gouty hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia and effect on blood uric acid as well as lipid(TC,TG).Methods 60 cases of gouty hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely30 patients in TCM group were treated with Qingrelishi Huyuquzhuo therapy taking Suanzhiqing capsule;the other 30 patients in antitheses group were treated Tongfengshu capsule.After 1 month's treatment the therapeutic effect and the changes of their blood uric acid and lipid levels were detected for both groups.Results After treatment,the blood uric acid level in the 2 groups had showed significant changes(P < 0.01),the blood uric acid in the TCM group had more obvious decrease as compared with those in the antitheses group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Qingrelishi Huayuquzhuo therapy can reduce the blood uric acid and show good effect on the gouty hyperuricemia as well as reducing blood lipid.
