摘要
主要研究了聚烯烃弹性体(POE)的交联及补强后的力学性能情况,探讨了交联剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的用量对POE力学性能的影响及其对POE硫化胶补强体系力学性能的影响。结果表明,DCP交联POE后,POE的主要力学性能都比未交联前有所下降;在用白炭黑、炭黑补强后,最佳DCP用量为2份。
This paper studied the mechnical properties of polyolefin elastomer(POE) that had been crosslinked and reinforced,and also investigated both the mechnical properties of POE effected by the DCP content and the effect of reinforcing agents.The result showed that after crosslinking,the strength and elongation at break of POE decreased obviously,and the best content of DCP was 2 phr.
