简要回顾了不溶性硫的国内外发展情况,阐述了不溶性硫的形成机理,详细介绍了气化法、接触法、辐射法、熔融法等制备不溶性硫的生产方法。探讨了不溶性硫制备过程中工艺因素的作用,如稳定剂、急冷、提纯、充油。建议对熔融法制备不溶性硫的生产技术作进一步深入研究,加快技术转化,以期取代气化法大规模地应用于工业生产中。

The development of insoluble sulfur at home and abroad was reviewed briefly.The formation mechanism of insoluble sulfur was elaborated.The method of production of insoluble sulfur was introduced in detail,including gasification,contact process,irradiation and melting technology.Technical factors for preparation of insoluble sulfur,such as stabilizer,quenching,purification and oil-treating were discussed.It is suggested that preparation of insoluble sulfur by means of melting technology should be made further research and accelerated to technology transformation,which substituted for gasification to large-scale commercial process.
