西峡县1996年~2005年法定传染病流行状况分析

Analysis of the Epidemic State of Legal Infectious Diseases in XiXia County

目的 研究西峡县1996年～2005年及以后法定传染病的流行状况,评价防治效果.方法 利用西峡县1996年～2005年法定传染病报告资料,采用描述流行病学方法对1996年～2005年西峡县传染病发病特点进行分析.结果 1996年～2005年西峡县共有十七种法定传染病发生,占前六位的传染病分别是病肝、菌痢、肺结核、感染性腹泻、流行性腮腺炎、淋病,这六种传染病发病数占所有传染病发病数的97.2%.传染病总体发病率有上升趋势,病肝、肺结核、淋病有上升趋势,菌痢、7岁以下儿童乙肝发病有下降趋势,麻疹、流脑、乙脑、新生儿破伤风、疟疾已基本控制流行.十年发病上,男性比女性多,15岁～40岁为高发年龄段,发病职业以农民为主,乡镇间差异不大,发病时间以3月～9月为最多.结论 目前,所采取的生物制品接种、肠道传染病综合防治等防治措施有一定的效果.

Objective To study the legal infectious disease's epidemic state from 1996 to2005 in XiXia county and evaluate the preventive effects.Methods Make use of the legal infectious disease report data from 1996 to 2005 in XiXia county and analyze the epidemic features of the infectious diseases from 1996 to 2005 in XiXia county by the use of descriptive epidemiology.Result There are 17 infectious diseases from 1996 to 2005 in XiXia county.most of which are virus hepatitis 、bacillary dysentery、pulmonary TB 、infectious diarrhea、mumps、and gonorrhea respectively,these six diseases account for 97.2 percent of all the infectious diseases and there is a increasing trend about the incidence rate of all the infectious diseases.Some diseases have an increasing trend,but some diseases have a decreasing trend,some diseases have been controlled basically.The incidence rate of male patients is higher than the female within the ten years.The highest incidence rate is in the group of people from 15 to 40 years old.Most of the patients are farmers,and there is little difference among towns,the main incidence time of diseases is from March to September in the year.Conclusion The comprehensive preventive measures such as biology products vaccination have achieved certain effects.
