摘要
目的:以德阳市为样本,研究颅脑交通伤的流行病学特征.方法:回顾性分析德阳地区5县市1区2000～2005年道路交通伤害的资料.结果: 颅脑交通伤中以男性居多;高危年龄段为30～40岁;第四季度为高峰期;1d内高峰时间多在中午和下午,0～1时形成一次明显的高峰.结论:降低颅脑交通伤害事故,需要综合治理,遵循其特有的规律,完善救护体系.
Objectives:To research on the epidemic characteristics of craniocerebral injuries caused by traffic accidents in Deyang.Methods:We collected and analyzed the data of craniocerebral injuries caused by traffic accidents in Deyang from 2000 to 2005.Results:The most of cases were male.The high risk age-group of craniocerebral traffic injury was from 30 to 40.The injuries occurring in the forth quarter of a year were obviously higher than in the other quarters.The peak hours in a day were at noon and afternoon,especially from 12:00 to 13:00.Conclusions:It should take the comprehensive measures to reduce the craniocerebral injuries caused by traffic accidents as following:(1) strengthening researches on traffic safety;(2) strengthening management and education;and(3) perfecting medical service system.
