摘要
通过对柠条枝条切割过程和不同类型切割器以及柠条枝条切割机理等分析,提出复合式圆盘联结扇形带齿刃刀片切割器及其相关计算与结构参数确;并通过功率消耗估算及实地切割试验明确了该切割器可与小型手扶拖拉机(发动机功率4.0 kW左右)为配套动力组成结构简单、工作可靠、能适应多种工况要求的手扶式单圆盘柠条收割(平茬)机。
By analizing the cutting process and the theory of different types of cutting machines for Caragana microphyllo,a new type of cutting tool was invented.The relating calculation and the parameter of the structure were also fixed on.By estimating the power consumption and by the ac- tual cutting experiment,a conclusion was drawn that this new type of cutting tool could fit together with a mini type hand tractor (engine power about 4.0 kW).The machine mentioned above has a simple structure and can work steadily in various conditions.
