摘要
荞麦作为药粮兼用的杂粮作物,其有效成份是多种对人体有益的微量元素以及药用成份生物类黄酮,通过对当前国内外不同荞麦品种生物类黄酮的研究现状,以及提取和加工工艺的分析。对今后荞麦的研究作了展望。
The miscellaneous food farm crop buckwheat is a medicine food,its valid composition is various which is beneficial to the human bodies including flavonoids.This text emphasized to elabo- rate current domestic and international research present and the condition of the different buckwheat species living creature flavonoid,and with draw and process the craft.
