档案数字化是信息社会的客观要求．也是对纸质档案的有效保护。为此．必须加快档案数字化建设。要解放思想,转化观念,提高对档案数字化的认识。要加强档案数字化基础设施和人才队伍的建设．同时还要注意相关法律法规的完善和工作环境的建设。

Archives digitalization is the objective requirement for information society,and is also the effec- tive protection for archives of paper quality.As a result,construction of archives digitalization should be sped up.First of all,man's mind should be emancipated,man's conception should be changed and under- standing of archives digitalization should be improved.Next,infrastructure of archives digitalization should be strengthened and talented people should be trained.Meanwhile,the related laws and regulations should be improved and working environments should be further constructed.
