In the practice of the teaching process of Teaching Theory of Mathematic,The society and schools need teachers of talent toreform,create and reseach in maths teaching.It can improve class teaching to make offorts choosing good teaching contents and methods at the same time,it is useful to pay more attention to teaching art and to strengthen the training and education of gradu- ates.Reforming teaching aims at combining theory with practice from traditional teaching theory to practice and making contribution to training qualified middle school teachers which potential.
