摘要
目前,我国正大力发展高职高专的教育工作,社会用人单位也正走向理智化。高职学生的社会适应性如何取决于学校教育培养的战略思想.影响其社会适应性的因素有专业设置、教学计划、教学内容、教师素质、实训环境等。如何保证各个因素不成为木桶理论中的效用最低值.需要对影响的因素进行综合分析。
At present,our country develops high professional education energetically.The Social a- daptability of the students in high professional colleges depends on the strategic thinking that school education trains.The factors of social adaptability include interposes,teaching program,content of courses,teachers' quality and reality model environment.The factors were analyzed in the paper to ensure the factors do not become the minimum value in wooden bucket theory.
