摘要
目的:建立青蒿中东莨菪内酯的含量测定方法.方法:样品用甲醇超声提取;ODS柱,甲醇-0.08%磷酸(4∶6)为流动相,检测波长340nm.结果:东莨菪内酯获良好分离,在0.021～0.42μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为2.0%.结论:本法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于青蒿中东莨菪内酯的含量测定.
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of scopoletin in Qinghao.Method:Sample was extracted with methanol.Scopoletin in Qinghao was determined by HPLC with ODS column.The mobile phase was methanol-0.08% H_3PO_4(4∶6)solution.The detection wavelength was 340nm.Result:Scopoletin in sample solution was well separated.Linearity of scopoletin was good(r=(0.999 9))in range of 0.021～0.42μg.The average recovery was 99.3%,RSD was 2.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,repeatable and suitable for the determination of scopoletin in Qinghao.
