摘要 目的:研究桂枝汤对脂多糖刺激的小鼠巨噬细胞株RAW264.7分泌炎症因子的影响。方法:用脂多糖刺激RAW264.7细胞株,同时给予桂枝汤含药血清进行干预,24h后,取细胞培养上清液,ELISA法测定炎症因子NO、TNFα-和IFNβ-的含量,分析评价桂枝汤含药血清对上述炎症因子含量的影响。结果:桂枝汤含药血清可剂量依赖性地降低NO、TNFα-和IFN-β的病理性增加。结论:桂枝汤可能通过降低NO、TNFα-和IFNβ-炎症因子等环节达到其抗炎作用。 Objective:To investigate the influence of Guizhi Tang to secreting inflammatory factors in RAW264.7.Methods:RAW264.7 cell line was stimulated by Lipopolysaccharide and treated with the serum of containing Guizhi Tang at the same time.24 hours later,collected the supernatant and measured the inflammatory factors such as NO、TNF-α and IFN-β.Results:Guizhi Tang can decrease the amount of NO、TNF-α and IFN-β,and shows dose-dependent relationship significantly.Conclusion:Guizhi Tang may produce the anti-inflammatory effect by decreasing the amount of NO、TNF-α and IFN-β.
