胃平片的主要药效学研究

The Principal Pharmacodynamics of Weiping tatlets

目的:研究胃平片的理气、镇痛、逐寒化积等主要药理作用。方法:用水浸拘束法造成大鼠应激性胃溃疡模型,观察胃平片对胃黏膜的保护,确定其理气和胃的作用;用小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法,考察胃平片的镇痛作用;制备小鼠寒滞食积的模型,观察其逐寒化积的作用。结果:胃平片灌胃给药,可明显减轻大鼠由应激性反应引起的胃黏膜损伤,降低小鼠受醋酸刺激的扭体次数,提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈值,促进寒滞食积模型小鼠的小肠推进功能。结论:胃平片具有理气、镇痛、逐寒和化积等主要药理作用。

Objective:To study the principal pharmcodynamics of Weiping tatlets.Method:The rat experimental gastric ulcer model established by water immersing method was used to observe the effect of protecting gastric mucosa and study the effect of regulating the flow of qi.Methods of acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effect.Retention of cold and dyspepsia model in mice was prepared and the way of intact intestine motility was used to measure intestine moving velocity to observe the eliminating cold and food-transmission effects.Results:Weiping tatlets had obviousl inhibition on stress gastric ulcer in rats.The writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid were decreased and pain threshold was remarkably improved by Weiping tatlets.The small intestine motility was promoted strikingly in retention of cold and dyspepsia mice.Conclusion:Weiping tatlets manifested regulating the flow of qi effect,analgesic effect,eliminating cold and food-transmission effects obviously.
