摘要
介绍了以一种由计算机控制机械疲劳试验装置的设计。设计系统中采用PC机作为上位机,可编程控制器作为下位机,阐述了PC机、可编程控制器、传感器、机械装置等各环节构成的硬件系统关系和上位机的应用程序、PLC控制程序以及PC与PLC之间通讯的设计。
This paper introduces the design of a device for computerized mechanical tiredness test.This design system adopts a PC as terminal and a programmable logical controller as control.It also presents the relationship of PC,PLC,sensors and mechanical devices that consist of hardware system in all the links;and the programming in upstream terminals,PLC and the design for communication between PC and PLC as well.
