摘要
研究了阿维菌素、苦参碱、灭幼脲以及阿苦合剂、阿灭合剂对菜青虫(Pieris rapae)的杀虫效果。试验结果表明,它们处理后48 h的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为0.044 2×10-6、137.241 5×10-6、20.173 6×10-6和0.651 9×10-6、0.883 5×10-6,单剂杀虫活性的高低次序为阿维菌素>灭幼脲>苦参碱;阿苦合剂的共毒系数为168.204 4,具有增效作用,而阿灭合剂的共毒系数为61.325 8,表现为拮抗作用。
The insecticide activities of Avermectin,kurarinon,diflubenzuron and the mixtures of them to Pieris rapae have been carried out through a lot of experiments.The results showed that the insecticide activity of Avermectin and diflubenzuron is higher than kurarinon to this insect,and the co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture of Avermectin and kurarinon is 168.204 4,and there is synergism of the mixture,and the mixture of Avermectin and diflubenzuron are 61.325 8,and there is antagonism of the mixture.
