师德的本质及其建构

Essence and Construction of Professional Ethics of the Teaching Profession

该文对师德的本质进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出师德建构的根本路径应是:教师要努力创造条件,支持、引导学生的“工作”;教师要抱着严肃、认真的态度去对待学生的学习;教师要给予学生充分探索和主动发展的空间。

This paper probes into the essence of professional ethics of the teaching profession and analyzes the basic way to construct it:teachers should do their best to create conditions to support and guide students' work; teachers should be serious about their students' studies; teachers should give students a free atmosphere so that students can explore sufficiently and develop initiatively.
