摘要
该文对学生评教这一教学评价方式的利弊进行了分析,它指出一方面能够促进教学工作,另一方面,受一些主客观因素的影响可能产生某些异化现象。最后提出了完善这一工作的建议。
This paper analyzes the advantages and the shortcomings of the appraisal way and points out that,on one hand, it can improve the teaching;on the other hand,it may bring some dissimilation phenomena under the influence of some subjective and objective factors. In the end, this paper gives some suggestions on how to perfect the appraisal work.
