This paper describes the present condition of the career planning in Management College of Jiaxing University, and points out the existent key problem from the students and the school level. The steps of career planning system for college students and the assistance condition at the school level are discussed in the paper, and finally the 'five stages' theory of career planning for students from Management College has been put forward.
