This paper introduces the basic concept of modern personal finance. It also shows several notable phenomena in building up a correct financing value view and the basic process of financing personal financing. Finally, the three elements of financing, namely, making acquaintance of financing environment, making acquaintance of financing tools and making acquaintance of clients' needs and financial situation, are introduced.
