摘要
分析了渗碳齿轮材料的选择,渗碳工艺与热处理技术,对20CrMnTi钢齿轮压力渗碳及硬化工艺进行了研究,实验结果表明:可在保证产品硬度的前提下,显著提高渗碳速度,缩短工艺周期,降低生产成本。
This paper analyzes the selecting of carburizing steel's material and the techniques of carburizing and heat treatment. The study on pressure carburizing technology of 20CrMnTi steel is made in this paper. The results show that pressure carburizing technology can increase carburizing speed,shorten technology period,and reduce production cost apparently under the condition of guaranteeing the products' rigidity.
