加强农村文化建设在维护农村社会稳定、构筑和谐社会、促进农村经济发展方面起着很重要的作用。而现阶段农村文化建设在认识、经费、硬件设施、软件投入方面与农村先进文化还有一定的差距,导致农民考虑问题片面化。解决问题的关键是提高认识、强化责任、服务村民。

However, there is a big gap between the present village culture and advanced village culture in the aspects of cognition, funds,the hardware installation and software investment, which causes the peasant to consider the question onesidedly.
