Treatment of Femoral Suoracondylar and Intercondylar Fracture with Dynamic Condylar Screw and CPM

目的:观察应用CMP配合动力髁螺钉(DCS)内固定治疗股骨髁上并髁间骨折12例的疗效。方法:对12例股骨髁上骨折并髁间骨折采用DCS治疗。结果:骨折愈合率为100%,膝关节功能优良率为91.6%。结论:DCS治疗股骨髁上并髁间骨折具有固定牢靠确实,操作方便,能早期进行功能锻炼等优点。

Objective:To observe the effect of internal fixation of synamic condrlar DCS and CPM in treatmentof 12 cases of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fracture.Methos:12cases with femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fracture were treated with dynamic condylar screw and CPM. Results:The healing rate was 100%.the perfect rate of knee joint function was 91.6 %. Conclusion:DCS and CPM for treating the femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fracture has the advantages of fixation stability, easy operation, early ambulation and functional exercise etc, with very good applied value.
