摘要
目的:探讨冷超声乳化技术的临床疗效及技术优点.方法:通过对常规超声乳化术和冷超声乳化术两组病例进行比较,回顾性分析了我院2003年1月～2006年1月行超声乳化技术治疗的531例白内障患者的临床资料.结果:常规超声乳化和冷超声乳化两组病例在术后角膜内皮细胞减少等方面及超声能量使用均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论:使用冷超声乳化技术时所要的超声能量较不使用该技术时少,术中前房稳定性非常好,其平静而有效的超声乳化能量可以达到完美乳化摘除白内障的效果,术后角膜内皮细胞减少也较少.
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the cold phaco and technical benefits. Method: Through conventional phaco and cold phaco compared two cases ,Recalling clinical information of 531 cases who accept phaco in our hospital from January 2003 to January 2006. Results: To conventional phaco and cold phaco cases, the use of ultrasonic energy and the decrease of endothelial cell are statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cold phaco might be is with less endothelial cell loss.
