摘要
在所建立的某型坦克齿轮传动箱箱体有限元模型的基础上,利用刚柔体耦合技术,对坦克传动箱在典型工况下的结构强度进行了虚拟考核。测试出传动箱体在极端载荷下的结构应力分布状况和薄弱部位。该技术途径的实现表明,虚拟样机技术可以为装备部件的研制和改进提供技术支持。
Based on the FEA model of the tank gear box, by using the rigid-flexible model technology, the structure strength of the gear box under the typical condition is tested. The structural stress distributing and the weak parts of the tank gear box under extreme load are achieved after the testing. The application of the method indicates that the virtual prototyping technology can provide technical support during the design and improving process of the equipment parts.
