摘要
2002年和2003年通过大田试验,探讨了3种不同磷效率的基因型大豆在不同磷素水平下的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cs)、胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)及蒸腾速率(Tr)的差异.结果表明:4项指标间存在着显著的正相关,低磷胁迫下大豆磷高效基因型光合能力明显高于磷低效基因型.
The work carried out between 2002 in field, and studied the changes of responses of net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Cs) , intercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci) and transpiration rate(Tr) with the different phosphorus stress in six kinds of different genotype soybean.The results showed the four items became positive correlation , Pn of P-effective is more significance than that of P-ineffective.
