摘要
为获得低灰、低硫、低挥发分、高强度的冶金焦炭,以山西原平气肥煤为主煤源,配入适量太原西山瘦煤进行20kg小焦炉试验,结果表明,所得焦炭粒度组成较好,工业分析、机械强度等均达一级冶金焦指标。在此基础上,进行了捣固炼焦试验,所得焦炭反应性明显降低,分别由原来的66.5%和71.5%降到47.5%和48.1%,反应强度明显提高,分别由原来的5.22%和3.5%提高到30.5%和29.7%。大焦炉生产应用表明,配入10%原平气煤后,所得焦炭各项性能测定结果较好,达到了降低成本,提高经济效益的目的。
