摘要 阐述采用汽轮机替代电机拖动往复式压缩机来降低成本的重要性,介绍了汽轮机拖动往复式压缩机的系统组成,在设计中需要考虑的减速器、高速联轴器、低速联轴器、飞轮等的要求,以及系统的正常开停机和紧急停机对汽轮机的影响,分析比较了汽轮机替代电机拖动往复式压缩机的经济性。采用汽轮机替代电机拖动往复式压缩机技术成熟,可实现节能降耗的目的。 The importance of driving the reciprocating compressor with a turbine instead of a motor to lower the cost was introduced.The special requirements of a speed reducer,high speed and low speed coupling,and flywheel during system design were given.The effect on the turbine caused by normal startup and shutdown,as well as emergency shutdown was analyzed.This technology is mature and has good benefit.
