摘要
介绍了SBR污水处理工艺的特点及唐钢炼焦制气厂投入运行几年来的调试运行情况,分析了废水处理效果偏低的原因,并针对存在的污泥活性差和滗水器设计行程短的问题,比较详细地介绍了改进的措施:利用旧系统设施强化预处理、滗水器进行延长行程改造、加稀释水。技术改造后,外排水酚和氰化物含量基本达标,COD和氨氮距目标值仍有一定距离。
The characteristics of SBR technology for treating the coking wastewater were introduced.The cause of low efficiency was analyzed based on the operation experience in Tang Steel.The improvement in equipment and the treatment technology were introduced in detail.After technical revamping,the discharged water is eligible.
