高粱萌发期和苗期耐盐性研究

The Studies on Salinity Tolerance during Burgeon-period and Seedling-period of Sorghum

以7个不同品种高粱为试材,对其在萌发期和苗期的耐盐性进行鉴定.结果表明:高粱在生长的不同阶段对盐分的敏感性不同,苗期比萌发期耐盐性差;品种间的耐盐性存在明显差异,杂交种与亲本相比,在萌发期和苗期的耐盐性方面杂交种明显优于亲本,说明在盐渍地上选育高耐盐性高粱杂交种是可行的.

Using seven different kinds of sorghum as the tested materials,their salinity tolerance during burgeon-period and seedling-period was analyzed.The results were as the follows: At different stage of growing stages,the sensitivity of sorghum on salinity is different,the salinity tolerance is weaker during seedling-period than during the burgeon-period,there has obvious difference in salinity tolerance between varieties.During these two periods,the hybrid is obviously better than its parents in salinity tolerance,suggesting that is possible to cultivate high-salinity hybrid in salinized soil.
