煤浆回转筛替代振动筛在新型气化炉上的应用

Application of Coal Slurry Vibrating and Rotary Screens In the New Gasifier Plant

介绍了水煤浆筛分设备在煤浆制备系统的作用及国产煤浆振动筛的使用情况。国产水煤浆振动筛工作4 000h后,会出现操作弹性不大、设备维护困难,影响气化装置长周期运行和抢修振动筛浪费生产成本等不足。为此将水煤浆振动筛更换成了煤浆回转筛,投运后,t甲醇耗精煤比振动筛降低0.1t,年可节省精煤2.4万t;运行平稳,维护简单;保证了气化炉长周期稳定运行。

The CWS screening equipment in the coal slurry preparation system and the important role of China-made coal slurry vibrating screen have been introduced,besides,the problems occurred in the operation have been put forward.Through technical research,a simple structure of the coal slurry rotary screen has been successfully applied to solve the actual operation problems of the project.
